The chart below offers some examples of what you ca expect to receive. e.g. If you sell a home for $200,000 and buy a home for $300,000  for a total of $500,000, your total cash rebate will be between $1,750 and  $2,250.

* Laws in individual states govern the feasibility of the rebates and the method in which they are to be paid. Some states do not allow real estate rebates. AK, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OK, OR, TN and WV are states that do not allow rebates to be paid. In some instances the rebate may have to be paid in the way of a credit towards your closing costs. The referred agent's portion of the commission must be at least 2.5%. Sales price must be at least $50,000. Rebate will not exceed 50% of the referral fee received by AIM. If AIM does not receive a referral fee from the real estate company, no rebate will be paid.
