A: No. There is no fee charged in order to take advantage of this program.

How can I find out about restrictions to this program that may apply?
A: You must be planning on buying or selling a home within 6 months!

When will I receive the cash rebate?
A: Cash rebates are sent directly to the participant's home shortly after closing.

Is there a limit to the amount of the cash rebate I can receive?
A: No - There is no limit to the maximum cash rebate a member can receive. However, the cash rebate paid is a fixed percentage of the listing or selling portion of the customary commissions paid by the seller. (Click on "Savings Examples" for more details.)

How much can I expect to receive?
A: The amount is based on fees collected by your Broker and AIM Relocation. Multiply the sales price by .003125 and .00525 to determine the lowest and the highest amounts you can expect to receive. For example, on the sale or purchase of a $200,000 property, you can expect to receive anywhere between $625 and $1050. How long will it take for a Consultant to contact me after I submit my Request Form?
A: You should be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your Request Form.

Is this rebate program available throughout the United States?
A: No. Cash rebates are available on properties sold and purchased in all states except AK, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OK, OR, TN and WV, where real estate rebates are not allowable by law.
